Pixel Advertising T and C's

Monthly 100 x 100 Pixels Ads - Each pixel ad costs $50 and are valid for 1 month (30 days) from the day of being online. There is not a maximum number of 100 x 100 pixel ads an advertiser can purchase;

Cancer Research UK Pixels Ads - The minimum purchase is $50 for 100 pixels (10 x 10 pixel blocks). These will be valid for 5 years (1825 days) from the day of being online and there is not a maximum purchase. All proceeds made from the purchase of these pixels will be donated to Cancer Research UK;

1,000,000 Pixels - The minimum purchase is $50 for 100 pixels (10 x 10 pixel blocks). These will be valid for 5 years (1825 days) from the day of being online and there is not a maximum purchase;

When you 'buy' pixels from our our half a million dollar homepage at the displayed price you will not own any part of 'our website'. When buying you will have the right to upload an image and link which will then be published on 'our website' after approval;

Once submitted you are able to change the image and/or edit the link and title;

Images uploaded should be PNG format but we also accept GIF and JPG images. If you upload a GIF or JPG image these will automatically be converted to PNG. We do NOT accept animated images;

No obscene/offensive/adult images/links will be accepted, and we decide what is appropriate on 'our website'. If you submit an image or link that is rejected, you will have the opportunity to provide an alternative image and/or link, otherwise your money will be refunded and you will lose your advertising block;

If your image and link are accepted and published on our half a million dollar homepage website, you cannot get a refund;

If your link is accepted and you later change the content of the linked site to show offensive/obscene/adult material then your link will be removed until you provide a new one, and you will not get a refund of any kind for the link being offline;

If a discount has been applied to pixels after you have purchased your pixels you will not receive a refund;

If for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link removed, we will remove it but you cannot get a refund. The block(s) will become publically available again;

Links must be to web pages only and begin with http://

You must have the authority to provide the image and link for the website you submit;

Funds must be fully received and cleared before your pixels go live on 'our website';

We are not responsible for 'our websites' down time. Unfortunately down time may occasionally occur for website maintenance or 3rd party server issues etc. But we will always endeavor to keep 'our website' online;

All payments are made with PayPal and are subscription payments;

Once you have ordered and the funds have cleared we will aim to get your pixels online within 24-48hrs;
